  A singular matrix usually means that there are in system matrix two similar mass or energy equations. As a consequence, the system cannot be solved. Please, send us your input file (.gui) such we can have a look at your input data. It is hard to tell from the error message what the reason is for the error, usually it is wrong choice of component types and/or EEQCODs.
